460 Timberjack Skidder Transmission

I need advice on repairing my tim transmission. It has no power (wont pull) in 1st and 2nd gear. [does pull in 3rd.] Any ideas what could be causing this? Would appreciate help.

Low fluid level, shift linkages damaged, worn transmission seals, broken parts inside the transmission.
