The dump portion of the PTO pull handles is a CHALLENGE, saying it nicely. I have disconnected the rod from the PTO and it slides pretty easy on its own. I am thinking the problem is that when you bend the rod up to engage the lever it puts a bind on the cable. Anyone have any ideas on what the orientation of the cable in retrospect to the PTO should like like. :pointhead
