    Land clearing Hire/Rent

Tones nailed it, thrs more to it than just running over trees and mulchers are stupid expensive to maintain not to mention you will tear something up I all but guarantee you. By the time you rent a machine, buy fuel, replace the broken parts/teeth, get hit with a damage fee and pay for insurance...

    Anyone Have Tinted Windows?

The pic is somewhat deceiving, standing outside of it you can see in fairly easily, the front window isn’t tinted at all. Looking out it’s like having a really light pair of sunglasses on but all the glare is pretty much completely gone which is what I was trying to achieve. The lower the...

    Anyone Have Tinted Windows?

A quick follow up, I had 20% installed and it made a big difference on the glare inside, especially being able to see the reverse camera. I can still see out perfectly and I’m super happy with the results. Just a heads up in case anyone was thinking about doing it

    Bucket Help Please

Well brother you took that to another level lol, great info and I appreciate your time and opinion. To be honest I rarely use a bucket but I will look at them tomorrow to see what your referring to and report back. “Weather Permitting” it’s a swamp here

    Bucket Help Please

Thanks for the input guys, the teeth are bolt on’s and I could easily move them if I wanted to so I think I’m going to try to put them on the 4n1 bucket.

    Bucket Help Please

I’m needing some advice if anyone has a little to spare. I have a CAT 299 D3 and I’m trying to decide which bucket to install teeth on. I have a standard CAT bucket and a new 80” CAT MP bucket with cutting edge to choose from and I’m torn as to which bucket to install a set of teeth on. I rarely...

    Anyone Have Tinted Windows?

I don’t want anything to dark, I was thinking about something around 30% or so on the sides and 20% on the rear. You can’t see out of the rear anyway and they have reverse cameras so the rear isn’t a problem. I’m going to find someone to do it, if it doesn’t work out I can always remove it...

    Anyone Have Tinted Windows?

I’m considering tinting the windows on a new Cat before it gets dirty and I’d like some input on the matter. I’m strictly looking to cut down on the glare and for the record it’s only used during the daytime so dark conditions won’t be a problem plus it will only be the sides and rear since the...

    Adjusting highflow hyd pressure down?

You had to get the XE model for the 5 couplers, I’m not sure if you’ve owned CATs before or if you were told about how to operate the high flow but make sure you find out if not before you destroy stuff. The D3’s are nice units tho, love ours. I’m sure you know exactly what your doing but shoot...

    Adjusting highflow hyd pressure down?

It will not operate in high flow unless you have the high pressure switch hooked into your wiring harnesses aka the electronic connector on the front of the machine. Even if you attach a high flow attachment without the switch installed it will still be in low flow. I’m still trying to figure...
