Hi guys.
We have a fleet of equipment as follows: CAT Loader (992G; 992K; 988k;988H), CAT dozers ( D8R; D10T, D10T2); CAT trucks(777D;773G;773F); KOMAT’SU Trucks 785-7, KOMAT’SU Motor Graders (GD285-A); KOMAT'SU Bck hoe (PC-1250); Drilling machines ( SANDVIK D25ks and Atlas Copco (L8; DM45). I have been asked to study the standardization of grease for all those equipment, and standardization of lubrication references also for those machines.

Does anyone have any advice they would like to share about setting things up?

It would be great if you can provide any guidance.

Thanks in advance.

Nige voiced my thoughts exactly! In my experience it is not so much the type of grease you use but more the frequency of the times you apply it. Autolube systems are cost effective even to retrofit onto new machines before being put into production.
