HELLO , MY MM30SR HAS NO POWER TO THE JOISTICKS , TRACS AND BLADE MOOVE BUT NOTHING ELSE.... HELP PLEASE... ALSO MANUAL ?
Hi Peter,
I have some electric diagrams for the MM50SR which I think is very simiar to the MM30SR, if you give me your email I'll forward them. The tracks and blade use mechanical linkages, everything else is electical/electronic. So the place to start is with the safety lever and the start safety relay under the seat, check for earth faults. Mine has had this problem and it was a bad connection, so suggest you pull off the relay connections and clean them.

I have copies of section Vi and Section VII of what I think is the service manual for an MM55SR if anyone is interested. They contain a lot of information about the electrical side of the machine, wiring diagrams, functional descriptions, trouble shooting and fault codes etc.

Post your email address and I'll send them through. Cheers

Does anyone know the plumbing for the dual speed tracking? I replaced a drive motor and realized that a previous owner must have changed things up a bit. I have the floor button that just has some wires coming out of it, but I don't know where the wires are supposed to go connect to? Thoughts? (Mine is MM40SR)

I had a look at section VI of the MM50SR manual p260. It shows the supply coming from the fuse box (10A fuse) to the 2 speed switch then the 2 speed valve and finally to earth. I think yours will be very similar. I'm not sure where the valve is but my guess is it will be under the floor plate. I'll have a look at my MM30SR when I get a chance. Graham

from info for 55sr problem in spool center 30=boom in, 31=arm in, 32=bucket in, 33=swing in,34=boom out, 35=arm out, 36=bucket out, 37=swing out
I would think spool on hyd valve not being back in center with no demand or feedback error.
best I can do, others may provide better info
good luck

I also have a MM55SR that's reading CPU when I try to boom out or in and won't move everything else works.
Could you please send me the manual pages are talking about.

In the spirit of giving out information on these Mitsubishi MM series excavators (MM50SR, MM40SR, MM30SR) I’ve started to put all my information on my website www.woodandtrees.co.uk which you are welcome to access.

It includes the MM50 electric diagrams, fault finding and error codes that “tool_king” and others have posted, Parts Manual and SL series engine operation, maintenance and service manuals. There is also some other stuff on my own machine MM30SR and information from “IronDino333” on ram seals.

If anyone has more information (or write ups on what they have done on their MM machines) and are willing to share, just contact me via messages and I’ll add it to the site.

Hopefully this is useful.

Downloaded the copies from Graham (Thanks Graham); I also found the section VI and section VII manuals. If anyone comes across or has other information I would appreciate it, even in Japanese. I can translate it.
