    I also prefer radial lift ctl’s. Way faster to grease in the morning. I actually prefer 100series takeuchis, with some minor under carriage and cab changes. There’s always something at the end of a job that needs to go on a truck after the hoe has left, that’s the reason for a vertical lift size...

    It might show up more on vertical lift machines. Force the loader all the way up or down and watch for movement. Every 59 throu 99 I’ve encountered does it.

    Cat Hammer Rebuild

    If a hammer runs just keep using it. Might have to charge the accumulator sometimes. I got H ES series cat hammers that are over ten years old. Mostly untouched beside new bits.

    D series also have problems with loader arms not being square with the machine. The first one I bought in 2015 was replaced for free. The replacement machine was the same way but not as bad so I decided to live with it.

    Our local fuel supplier sells a 10w mobil that their guys call cat hydraulic oil. I think Mobil makes stuff for cat but it isn’t much cheaper than cat. I used Schaeffer’s for a lot of stuff.

    GBJ prefix. I’d say it leaks down in 1-5 minutes. I’ve already got my regular cat mechanic on it. I’m just trying to speed up the diagnosis and parts changing. I see others have had the same problem but never noted the fix.

    You have to move the switch every time the key is turned on.

    Didn’t read everything but a couple of our Takeuchi’s from that era had coolant level sensor issues, this shuts off the fuel as a safety. Some we adjusted and some we grounded and deleted.

    Blade leaks down continuously, traveling and running the hoe. No oil leaking externally and the blade will hold the machine off the ground. Anyone got any ideas?
