Married, 3 college age kids( oldest is acivil eng.) Started working for Uncle's const. co while in high school. Went to college 3years when a driving position opened up, the next summer cousin asked if I wanted to load logs on r/w, and been on equipment there ever since. I'm a workaholic and don't get away to see what others are doing. I know what works for me, but am always open to other ideas. That's why I joined this forum.
