By the way, can you share any more info on the D-6 with wheels on it?
JD, I believe the conversion is not factory but the rubber tire D6 has a tall enough gears to run the auto bond and it bounces from front to rear like a kids tow .
With it having a cable control unit on the back it probably was designed to pull scrapers a distance after being push loaded by a dozer. But it's so tall geared it doesn't have enough power to turn in anything higher than 2nd gear. Literally it bogs down that bad when those big tires dig in.
It would be a scary ride towing a load of dirt wide open in high gear. The operator would have a tough decision.... do I wear the seat belt to keep me from bouncing out or leave it off so I can jump :beatsme
