Don't have a parts book too do you. Can't find one of them either.
My swivel joint is leaking. its a fountain of hydraulic oil. Seems damn hard to get at. Is there a shop manual as well? Must be a trick to it or pull the cab off. :(
Hey Nick, did you have any luck with this? It is looking like I may have the same issues with a new to me machine I got on the weekend.

Unfortunately, I've never seen error codes like this with the SK130-8!
Can you take a few pictures of these codes while the machine gets these error codes?
Is the engine of the machine Mitsubishi D04FR-TAA?

thanks mr lachau for your kind reply, we finally try to swap the ecu wiring harness with another unit which perform normally and the problem solved , it could be from bad contact of connector terminals , but until now we cannot sort out the exact source of issue , as the suspected harness installed to another unit behave normally too

Hey there! I have a Kobelco SK45SR PY-07123.
I'm looking to replace the travel cables. Would anyone know the part # or anywhere I could get aftermarket cables? Also I'd like to order all the seal kits for the control valve as well as the pilot valves. If someone could point me in the right direction it would e much appreciated!

Hello,
I see this is rather old thread but figured I’d try anyways. I have a 150 mark III with the same display problem, were you able to remedy it?

Having quite a few problems with a SK210 mark 8 tier III (YQ11), just looking for some suggestions.
Installed new high pressure sensors, new Pump PSV solenoid valves. engine does not stall with any function over relief.
Problems:
1. Right Side Travel slow to no response (P1 main pump pressure does not increase, stays around 600~650 psi wit full lever operation)
2. Bucket Dig/Dump Functions slow to no response, P2 main pump gauge pressure goes up to 7250 psi with bucket functions
3. Stick cylinder drifts from horizontal to vertical quite quickly, roughly around 10~13 secs
4. *P1 & P2 pressure reads normal when boom over relief and arm in/out over relief)
5. Pilot pump pressure low (400~600 psi); owner had pump serviced and is convinced the pump is good, but adjustments won't carry it higher than 600 psi.
(while operating the pilot pressure increase to 800~900 psi )
6. Sometimes the machine can't lift itself with boom down, sometimes it will, (When it won't, the P1 main pump pressure remains around 500~600 psi)
7. A adjustments calibrates without flaw, B gets "Error Pump" and if i skip to C Adjustment "Error Unload"

System seemed to have been heavily contaminated, main pumps were taken down to be serviced and re-installed but didn't make any difference. No work were done to main control valve except servicing main relief.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Was there any outcome with this? having similar problems with our SK350-8 and SK500-9

I have a sk200lc-4. 2944 model number. The crowd cylinder will go out but when it comes back in it will reach the point of balance and stop when the hydraulic oil catches up it will start coming in. I have replaced the relief valve and made sure that the filter in the shuttle valve system was not stopped up I also put new hoses on it Incase they were compromised inside the house. What have i missed. Everything else seems okay except for the right side track. It is week going forward but will climb a tree in reverse.

I would be happy to try and lookup parts for you but we are in the process of rebuilding the undercarriage.

The entire electronic control system has been replaced by manual controls engine throttle and all. So not much help from me on that as it never worked correctly any way so I just did away with it.

The only thing we use the unit for is cleaning irrigation ditches. We have many miles of ditches on the ranch.

2005 Kobelco 115sr hydraulic pump went, flushed system replaced pump. Machine operates fine as long as two functions are being used. If you only use swing or dig ect. it is very slow if you add another function it operates normal. Any ideas?

May be a dumb question but I’ll risk it. :)
On a K907 LC II, is it possible to replace the oil seal on the swing motor from underneath without having to remove the swing motor from the machine?
Its possible I’m asking the wrong question because sometimes things are possible but not necessarily advisable.

Hello, I have problems with a sk200 excavator, the monitor has a bad screen, the machine turns on, it moves but without force, very slow, but all the controls fulfill their function. The stepper motor was fitted with a manual acceleration rope, my question is using a rope eliminating the acceleration stepper motor, does the machine work well or what could be failing?

I am from Punta Arenas, Chilean Antarctic region, I use a translator to write a message so it can be misunderstood I think.

Hi

This is a very complex control system. We have corrected the only problem we have had on our machine by installing manual control cable to the throttle to bypass the electronic system.
