Hi, Mr. Kobelco, I need some help , three troubles on my SK300 1997 EXCAVATOR:
1- Both PUMP are 700 psi loaded at neutral in FC, S and H modes, but perfect at D mode.
2- ANY combined movements between BUCKET and BOOM can be performed.
3- RL TRAVEL is a little slow only in a single travel operation.

In D mode, both pumps work fine, and in neutral is 0 PSI **

Questions:

There is a relation between these troubles?
There is a procedure to check and Adjust the pressures of the different relief valves at control valve . I have the shop manual, but all I can find is a table of the pressure of the different circuits to be adjusted at the regulator but not about relief pressures.
Comments are welcome and very appreciate.

Regards

Tiko

Having quite a few problems with a SK210 mark 8 tier III (YQ11), just looking for some suggestions.
Installed new high pressure sensors, new Pump PSV solenoid valves. engine does not stall with any function over relief.
Problems:
1. Right Side Travel slow to no response (P1 main pump pressure does not increase, stays around 600~650 psi wit full lever operation)
2. Bucket Dig/Dump Functions slow to no response, P2 main pump gauge pressure goes up to 7250 psi with bucket functions
3. Stick cylinder drifts from horizontal to vertical quite quickly, roughly around 10~13 secs
4. *P1 & P2 pressure reads normal when boom over relief and arm in/out over relief)
5. Pilot pump pressure low (400~600 psi); owner had pump serviced and is convinced the pump is good, but adjustments won't carry it higher than 600 psi.
(while operating the pilot pressure increase to 800~900 psi )
6. Sometimes the machine can't lift itself with boom down, sometimes it will, (When it won't, the P1 main pump pressure remains around 500~600 psi)
7. A adjustments calibrates without flaw, B gets "Error Pump" and if i skip to C Adjustment "Error Unload"

System seemed to have been heavily contaminated, main pumps were taken down to be serviced and re-installed but didn't make any difference. No work were done to main control valve except servicing main relief.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Since your Pump pressure sensors are more or less ok, i would check the pump solenoids. Seems like they are not loading the pump for some reason, maybe they are not getting a signal or they may be busted. Worth a quick check for P1 and P1 pump solenoid resistance to make sure they re in spec and i am not sure but on the mark 6 models you could swap the harness from P1 solenoid to P2 to check if the problem carries over.

Mr. Kobelco would be my best bet to sort this though!

thank you for the reply, you have a good point about swapping the harness, i did install new P1 and P2 PSV valves, even confirmed the secondary pilot pressure from these valves on the solenoid gauge port to upstroke and down-stroke the pump, think i'll review the manual again and make a check list of components to check/troubleshoot and service. If i succeed i'll post my findings here. I'll see if i can subscribe to Mr. Kobelco's forum once again.

If i was in your position i'll start by troubleshooting the key switch and battery relay and making sure it's working the way it's supposed to. Also for insurance, install an engine oil pressure gauge in place of the oil pressure switch above the oil filter just to verify the pressure (147 kPa at no load minimum speed, 294 kPa at no load maximum speed).

I have a Kobelco SK60 Mark III model # LE16073. Looking for the rotary divider part # 24100R232F1 on the Uchida hydromatik pump (model #A10VD43SR1RS5-990-I). If I cannot find the rotary divider will consider buyinga used or rebuilt pump. You can reach me at 207-667-4714 or 207-266-2245. Thank you.

Kobelco Saver 130UR manual

Kobelco Saver 130UR operators manual

Mr Kobelco or others that could answer on this subject.

Do you have Access to English Language manuals for Japanese Kobelco Saver 130UR machines?

Also I would be looking for manuals for the Kobelco 75UR

I will obviously pay for these.

Just thought i'd post this here for quick reference to parts numbers if anyone can't access CNH online parts catalog, i know i can't since my region is not supported and has no dealers.

Hi everyone, I got a problem here which I can't figure out how to fix about geetle 200SR.
First of all, I'm from Hong Kong , my English is not very good, hope u guys can understand what am I talking about.

Last week, the computer on the machine got some problem ( can't control the oil power volume, some times weak sometimes strong ), since this is quite urgent , I put a computer from other 200SR on the. original one 200SR. The oil power control power problem fixed. However, another problem exists.

Every things move smooth , but when I turn it to the left, it move really slow( basically no power , I have to turn right really fast then turn back to left hand side so it have energy to turn left).

Is it something problem about the installation of the computer? Or there is another problem ? Hope u guys can help, thanks

Btw, there is no such forum in Hong Kong , that's so cool to discover this forum haha

HELP!!! Kobelco SK60 Mark III LE16073

I have a Kobelco SK60 Mark III model #LE16073. I have recently overhauled the hydraulic pump, but I am having different issues now. When you go to swing its very slow and when you press one of the travel pedals it speeds up. Right hand travel doesn't work at all but when traveling straight it works. When you just use the right hand travel it boggs the engine right down but it doesn't work. The boom works fine, but when digging the arm has no power and boggs the engine down. I have checked the pressures and they are all right. The straight travel spool was sticking. Any ideas??
