Solenoid is clicking and have no pressure to the valve. Are they known for failing internally? Going to back trace the oil supply to it. Thank you for the information so far!

Correction. The solenoid is after the diagnostic coupler, so having no pressure at the diagnostic coupler is NOT a solenoid issue. If you have no pressure at the diagnostic coupler on the pilot control manifold, then I would check the inlet of the manifold. There should be a screen. Maybe that is plugged? Or you have an issue with the pressure reducing valve shown below.

I removed the pressure reducing valve and fully disassembled it being careful to count the turns it took to bottom the pressure adjusting screw. Pulled it completely apart and found no debris or galling. All springs were intact and not deformed. Reassembled and reinstalled. Still no operation. Removed solenoid which was under pressure and gave us a minor bath. Tested it and appears to be functional. The sections for the porting seems a little loose from the solenoid. Might you have a schematic of hydraulic flow within the valve?
Ok, it turned out to be the solenoid. Also be leary of the china stuff. We tried one and it worked 1 time and failed. Had to get the dealer prt which was 3 times more expensive. Thanks for all the help!
