Hi all, I have a lot of play on a 2.54t mini excavator jib. Does anyone know if there is a bushing that can be replaced or does the whole housing have to be rebored? Haven't taken jib off yet.

Finally took it apart. There was wear in the kingpin and bushings were a little worn too. Ordered new kingpin. Please see attached sketch. The king pin is 60mm diameter and 415mm long.

Does anyone know what the easiest way to get out the top bushing would be?

If you have a welder and run a bead around the inside of the bushing it will shrink it if not a welder see if you can find a can of ( Freeze it ) comes in a spray can and you can get the bushing cold enough to shrink and just lift it out.
