Winches for D3 Cat

I have an older D3 Cat dozer and could use a winch, but not sure what winch fits, looks like Carco made some winches, hyster made some winches, maybe cat made some, and some Deere winches were converted. and I see fairleads sold separately which doesn't make sense, figure they would fit one winch
