White 88c rear end questions

What the ratio on this rear end ?

I've got a ten speed and the first two are so low and slow they're worthless. On the other end pedal to the metal this thing only goes about 60.

Looking for a way to alter the rear end ratio so its more efficient

We'll need more info than that, even pickup trucks come with different ratios. Is there a tag on the rear end?
