What vintage would this Link Belt be?

The local scrap yard has one of these Link Belts. When its not under a pile of scrap it gets used. I had never seen one like this before. What do you all know about these machines?

Looks like a 1960s machine. Those early Link-Belts had friction swing like a conventional crane.
