What engine is this?

I saw this engine among all the vintage machinery I went back to look at and see some of it running. It's a fan cooled 4 cylinder but have know idea what make or model. It looks automotive by the valve cover.

Case. Sure looks like it, with what appears to be the Eagle on the globe in the second picture. Used on combines and other applications
