Quick question maybe one of you guys can help with.
We have a fleet of WesternStars trucks, all are identical except for the first 5.
They have the ATC air conditioning system in them (Automatic Temp Control)
I have one of the trucks that is acting up, AC works when it wants.
When in the diagnosis, it is spitting an E16 error code.
My paper work goes E0-E9 and E17
E0 being no issues, 1-9 are faults with sensors and such
E17 is an ECU failure
NO E16
I have dug around as much as I can, searched the internet and I am coming up empty.
The local dealer hasn't answered the query yet and I have a driver that is starting to melt.
It is a Red dot system, have tried to find information on their site also, but also having no luck there.
Any one here know what an E16 code is?
The system will go from cold to boiling hot just out of the blue.
