Volvo PT125c parking brake will not come on

This traffic roller's parking brake would come on randomly during operation , and when you shut it off and try to turn it back on the parking brake is not coming on activating. I replaced the switch that did not work the hydraulic tank is full. Last 6 on the sn 327117. I appreciate any help

I would take a look at the seat switch pretty common issue. Also make sure the latching relay connections are good And that it’s not loose. Just a couple of easy ones to check first.
