Have a Volvo L120C Loader, when left outside cranks and cranks before starting up in the cold. Drag it inside let it warm up and it starts right up.
Injection pump was removed by previous administration because of a leak, and has had starting issue in the cold ever since. Thinking some sort of timing issue on reinstallation of pump could be an issue?
