Volvo EW160B starting hot problem

I have Volvo EW160B with Perkins engine, Delphi fuel pump, it starts normal when cold, but when it get war it won't starts, I put cold water on fuel pump and it starts, already once replaced head and rotor ond Delphi pump and it worked normal 2 months but now I have same problem, any suggestions how to solve it ?

Sounds like a worn out something in it that the cold water takes up tolerances. Unless the fuel solenoid needs to cool down to open again. Maybe the Pump Guy can answer your question as he has helped many. Might be helpful to post pictures of pump and serial number so he knows exactly what you have.
