Vehicle identification

Hi,

I have a telehandler with no markings or model numbers from what I can discern. It is an ex hire machine that they have been less than forthcoming or helpful on any previous history. I'm wondering if anyone might recognise the control panel to narrow down my search?

It has a Perkins diesel in it as attached too.

A picture of the whole machine is a lot easier to recognize for me, than a small shot of the instrument cluster..
