Hi,

Not quite shure what you mean. Does it keep moving in reverse while in neutral? Or does it not move in reverse at all?

Regards

This troubleshooting guide: https://centranz.com/troubleshooting/ states warped discs and plates in the transmission as a possible reason for creeping in neutral. That's the best answer i can give you unfortunately. But there may be others on this forum with more knowledge on these transmissions.

Does it lock in forward? At least at low engine speed?
Colour of oil? Smells burnt?
What type of transmission fitted?

Junkman, I'm definitely not a Clark expert, so no further assistance from my side given. Hope, the forum friends are able to give support.
