Tl8 has erratic idle going from low idle to wide open throttle without operator input

Hi I'm new here and could use some advice on a TL8 with idle problems ! The machine has developed an erratic idle from low idle to wide open throttle randomly and without any operator input from the controls ! Also sometimes spits and sputters . the machine has the DPF deleted so not for sure if regen has anything to do with it or not , also about a year ago the hand throttle swapped operations from going from low to high id'e on turtle and hi to low idle on rabbit which has no control over the throttle any longer but the foot feed throttle seems to still work ! Any help would be appreciated !
