TL150 TAKEUCHI SKIDSTEER WON'T START

TL150 Takeuchi starts several days in a row then won't start. Jump it and it will start. It has a new battery. Thought that was the problem but nothing was wrong with the old one

when it don't start put a load tester on the battery cable on the starter side and see if you get a voltage drop

Just grumbles I call it. No smoke of any kind. Doesn't attempt to turn over. Lights come on. Don't have a load tester but if there is a voltage drop what's wrong and the fix?

Bad cables or connections but you say it grumbles so does the starter turn the motor and dont start or does the starter do nothing

I'm guessing you are not getting power to your fuel shut off solenoid or the solenoid itself is bad.

Your being unclear, one post says it doesn't attempt to turn over, and the other says it does. Can you please clarify. If it turns over, then it should be turning at at least 200rpm. Fairly quick. If its moaning and groaning, then one, it could bad cables that are not providing proper ground and voltage. Or two, starter is burnt out. Or 3, new battery is a dud, unlikely.
