Testa A28D Fluid Reservoir Sight Glass and Fill Cap

Hello, I'm looking to add hydraulic fluid to my Telsta A28D after servicing the elevation cylinder. I'm having difficulty locating the sight glass and fill cap. I have both the operator's manual and service manual but neither show the location(s). The attached pic shows a device located on top of what I think is the tank. Anyone has any experience with checking fluid on this lift? Thanks!
