Terex TB42 control board question

I have a Terex TB 42 with and intermittent control problem from the basket. When it's acting up nothing in the basket will work, but everything works from the ground control station. Inspection under that control panel on the platform shows all LED's lighting up as each control/switch is moved.
On the ground control panel the OEM Controls DMR-30 module shows the CPU LED flashing as it should, however when it is acting up the BUSS LED is out, and when the platform controls are working the BUSS LED is blinking REALLY fast. I've poked and prodded for hours, wiggle wires and cleaning connections to no avail. It seems to have a mind of it's own. When it works it works. And when it does it doesn't, no matter what I wiggle. Online resources on this thing are minimal at best. Not sure what the buss thing is all about. Anyone have any experience with something like this?

My friend i have had the same problem from my TB60. Some days couldn't ask for a better lift but others it would just like you said have a mind of its own..after several troubleshooting sessions over a couple years and failing to make headway we decided to go ahead and send the boards off to OEM Controls for testing , repairs, replace? etc.etc.,Mine was the DMR-30-502 identical to yours along with the superflex4 (SF4-4-201) control board and SB10-102 Superflex Bus..Although OEM Controls doesn't repair these items anymore they said they would test them for me. the SB10 was still good but they recommended replacing with upgraded version SB10X i think but the DMR30 and Superflex4 were said to be irreparable. For all 3 boards new i think was around $6grand i think i shopped it around and got it quoted from other electronics dealers for $3700 roughly. anyway i decided after the boss and i had a sit down talked it over since the electronics are outdated and notoriously troublesome with these machines i have embarked on a journey to convert ours over to straight Genie software utilizing their ALC500 control board. we have over 20 Genie lifts and one in the scrap pile out back for various parts to fit the terex with genie ground box and platform control etc..Everybody ive talked to or read there forum has had the same issues you are having and i had..i havnt finished with the TB60 yet just a shop project so to speak in spare time if i ever get any..i know really havnt give you a good answer but maybe the info will help you make some headway with it. glad to answer any questions that i can for you..i have all the service manuals for the TB40/60/80/100 its actually the same book for all of em..but it isnt much help at all when it comes to intermittent issues with the controller hardware.goodluck with it though.let me know if i can do anything for you..i usually dont check the forums that often but ill try look in more often than i usually do lol!

Update: the “bus light” issue was traced to a faulty (intermittent) control board inside the platform control panel. Board had been sent in for repair by a previous owner. I bought a new one from Hindley Electronics and fixed my problem....
