Telescoping slow

I have a terex 4792 it telescopes out very slow and retracts even slower , any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks !

My last crane was painfully slow in cold weather, turns out tHe hydraulic pressure was low, and maybe change your hydraulic oil it might not be suitable for cold weather.
