Technology challanged, 580c shuttle prob.

Hi there I'm new to this site.I live in The state of Jefferson. I need help to figure out what's wrong with my 78 580c it was working fine and just stopped moving while I was driving it.I checked electrical connections, shuttle fluid level, pulled pan off shuttle found a ballbearing apx..300"dia.in it ?
