Hey Guys hoping to get a little help with this.
We have a Takeuchi TB153 which was working ok then blew a line to the bucket. Changed that out and the machine started to move a little slow until everything warmed up. Then it was back to normal.
After a few months of use like this we left it parked for a week. When we went back to use it it wouldn't move. There is no operation to any hydraulics. No movement in the tracks, nothing to the boom, no bucket and no blade, no thumb. after a few minutes of run time like this one of the hoses blew at the pump. We replaced that hose, added hydraulic fluid and got the same result However this time a different hose failed but it was too dark to see which one.
It seems like the pump is pumping due to the blown hoses, and over pressuring the system. But there is no operation of any hydraulics. The boom is stuck in a position that the cab can only be lifted about half way till it hits the boom.
