HGM advertise parts for Cat/Towmotor fork trucks.
I have personally had successful dealings with Berns in CA. They specialise in a lot of NOS parts.
Not sure what their supplies of Cat/Towmotor parts is like, I do know they do a lot of Clark, Hyster, and Yale parts and components - but they claim to have 500,000 parts in stock, and I do see Cat parts in their eBay listings.
