Swapping 3406 engines

I have a 92U 3406A (puking coolant fiercly) and looking at a 8SB 3406A (less than 50,000 on inframe no paperwork).

I have never swapped engines before. Would the be as simple as pulling out and putting in and wiring, plumbing it and firing it up?
