The joystik of PC240-5 are stiff comparing to another PC240-5 machine. I checked pilot pump pressure and it is 35bar. I also checked the outlet from the joystick and it is 30 to 35 bar, these seems normal pressure but why joystick become stiff?

Good day jey_c
I suggest that the issue of stiff joy sticks is one of two issues, the most common is that the drain line from the joy stick is pressurised in some way for example often these connect to a drain filter if this becomes blocked the excessive return pressure has that effect on the valve. The other can be contamination hope it helps.
Kind regards
Uffex
