Tom, allow me to be the first to say ,you are the ZEN MASTER of bad a$$ tools! Just so happens, I was thinking about a line bore machine. How complicated is the set-up of those machines? Not to be nosey, how does one charge, roughly, for the typical boring job,on average? I've been very interested in those machines for a long time. I can see the need for that service around my part of the woods.Again, awesome pics and cool work!

curb guy, the set up sometimes takes 1/2 hour and sometimes it could take 2 hours, there are many variables. It all depends on what position on the machine, how bad the bores are, and what brand of boring machine you use.
Thanks TOM V.

Tom, we're practically neighbors! I'm a few minutes over the Bristol line in Southington. Do you have any more line boring pictures? I've always found that type of work very interesting but i've never had the opportunity to do any.

Looks great Tom.

Are you using a Air-arc to cut out the old welds or are you just using a cutting torch?

Thanks EGS, yes I am using an air arc. Had to do a little flame cuttting on the corner shanks.
