I believe they all run and are mostly used in the winter for pushing snow in large lots. There is a bunch of pushers on another part of the lot and some larger Volvo and other makes of loaders.

I was going to guess snow duty, as all the buckets have the same color rust - Buffalo, yea, you get snow! Nice pics -
