it seems like they put a enclosed cab on a old franklin. definitely custom. body looks like old can-car or tree farmer or franklin. my best guess

The emblem on top of the grill looks like a Franklin, hard to say from just this pic. And the cab looks like it came off a motorgrader, I doubt that lightly built a cab would live long with most loggers.
