Searching the name of a spare part. EFFER controll panel

Hello all.
I cannot even start searching for this spare part because I do not even know what it is called. The problem is, Effer's official importer in the country, does not know either. Any idea how it is called?

the hole you see is for the lever of the monitor.

Hard to even guess at a name not knowing the country where the part originated. Try finding a name on the valve stack and look up literature from the valve stack manufacturer. I might call it a trunion or a pivot housing, but if I had to import it from another country I'd just make another.
