as some of you know..i started with a different company last year..Teichert const. is out and Preston Pipelines is in. For the most part they are pretty good..They favor John Deere excavators as opposed to Komatsu's, which Teichert ran..I had been running one of their newer John Deere 450's but on this water treatment plant here in stockton they brought out their older 750..wow!! what a difference a couple years of engineering improvements makes..at least cab wise..this big bertha is nowhere near as comfortable to run..loud and it has the squeakest tracks ive ever experienced..but it is very powerful and goes thru the hard pan very easily..something the 450 struggled with..here we are digging for some 54" welded steel and concrete pipe..bell holes every joint

HE Operator. Surprise?
Do they have the backwards rollers on the top? Our 850 has the top rollers on the front and back facing inwards and make it a giant PITA to shovel.
