Rhode Island hoisting license fees?

So I just passed the test I took last Wednesday for my RI license. Today I get a notice from them saying I need to pay $70 for the license? I thought that was part of the test fee? I want to say when I did my license for MA it was test and license for one fee. Or maybe I am wrong?

Also noticing that on the application it says "license and renewal fee" $42. So curious where they get that I owe $70?
