Have issue with the machine not allowing itself to regen. It is showing fault code Se2522-00. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix. Machine seems to be in limp mode. Thanks.

You aren't reaching the next level. SE2522 is DOC outlet temp. If you aren't reaching desired temp, it will derate. If its derating, you're probably going to need a visit from the dealer tech. EPA laws are such that, anything out of range for a time to the point of derate is recognized as tampering. The dealer will more than likely have to initiate a service regen , diagnose the faulty sensor or HC injector , then reset the tamper timers.
Thank you EPA

As FwF said it is the after DOC temp sensor. The second number is very important. Is it a 0? You typed 00 but that does not exist so you need to be sure of that number. If it is a 0 then that means temp is too high which could be anything from faulty burner, hydrocarbon injector to bad injectors or wiring harness. It will take someone with experience to diagnose the issue.

It looks like it was a temp sensor. It is working now but may need a burner. Ben, the second number was 00. Just what was on the screen. I didn't realize the problems with the interim engines. Hopefully it will be fine for a while now.
