Raining again today, we've gotten something like 3 or 4 inches of rain since Thursday night, so I haven't been working. So, what the heck, I'll post some photos for everyone else, for those of you on DHS also, sorry for the double vision:Banghead.

First set are from our new Lowe's job, I'm running a 9520 pulling an old 18yd pan, and I was there to see it get dropped off (pic#1),
as well as the 4th rock truck.(pic #2)

Pic#3 shot of the souther half of the job
Pic#4 Low bridge
Pic#5 345 loading a 30-tonner.

As you work around and on euiqpment, stuff like a 72" 5-yard bucket because common place an doesn't seem so big. I love getting shots like the last one, it reminds me that they are pretty big after all:usa

Thanks Stretch,

There are suppose to be a total of 5 stores on the job, with the Lowe's being the anchor store, we're gonna be something like 20K yards short on fill even after a 30,000 CY borrow pit.

it's kind of funny, I find that sometimes the best photo's come when you least expect it, so now I try to carry my camera with me just about everywhere.

This one from our new job in Macungie is a perfect example, was on my way to visit family and we drove past it, and I got one of the new D8t:usa

Sure, rub it in!

Ah well, rain days are part of the business, right? Gives me time to catch up on chores and "honeydew" lists, not to meantion sleep:sleeping. Hopefully tomorrow we will work, maybe we can go for 12 hours (sure that means getting home at like 830, but it wouldn't be the first time:Banghead:dizzy).

#1: the pond
#2: the drying area
#3: A little slot dozing to close the day:drinkup

Great pics. Somtimes its not the most efficient way when its muddy and wet but if you can make progress its worth a try, long as you can stay safe in doing so.

Where is that at? it looks very familiar

Though I don't know a Ralph, Hoeman's right, it's right off of Forty Foot Road and Welsh Road. Got a brand new Volvo EC460cLC there, that the pipe crew is demoing right now, I guess to see if we are sticking with Cat or not:beatsme (shhh don't tell pullpan:wink2) We actually just started a second job just down the road (towards Sumneytown Pike) from this one this week.

I would love to know how you guys like the 460c compared to the 345 cl. Thanks

It should be interesting, I'm kind of wondering if they will bring in a 460c ME to test against our dirt hoes too.:beatsme Anyone know how big a bucket they can take? (the volvo)

Another week's worth of photos.

Also I got to meet the man behind the legend that is hoeman:drinkup It was good to meet you in person, if even for a short time. Lucky you, I'd forgotten my camera that day, so there's no proof of you in one of those green beanies:rolleyes::cool2

First two of the 345 loading rock trucks
#3 is the D8 pulling a temporary slope, maybe a 2:1
and lastly... a nice Pete
