Our th460b needs new tires and I got a quote for both types of tires. The bias ply are quite a bit cheaper. There is nothing on our current tires that says what they are. The number on them is 14.00-24 tg. Just wondering what everyone else runs or any opinions. Thanks

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
The numbering on your existing tyres suggests they are bias. Radials would be numbered 14.00R24. For stability reasons when raising loads up to a height a bias tyre would probably be better as it doesn't have the sidewall flex of a radial.

Thanks for your reply. We have ordered the bias ply. The tire shop confirmed your reply. The radials look more like a grader tire, which lots take the same size tire.
