Pete 337 with ISB common rail.
Initially, extended crank times.
Now, if left overnight both filter less than 1/2 full.
Changed check valve on back of the head with no difference.
Installed new filters with no difference.

Runs like a champ. Still pulls the same hill at 53mph, just like when new.

Any idea where else to look???

Resolved...
Fuel supply line from tank to water separator had abrasion and subsequent pinhole at 7 inches back from separator. Line rubbed cab mount ear on frame.

Finally found when changing the separator head. Removal of the separator head and 2 subsequent reinstallations finally opened the hole up enough that it would no longer allow fuel priming.

Those plastic lines and connectors on the PX engines suck. Thanks for the update.
