I was asked to dig up a water line. but he didn't want me to backfill. Now he wants me to backfill. How do I charge him? Would be the same price I charged him to dig it out.

what are your expenses? what is your overhead? how much do you want to take yourself? how long will it take? answer those questions and you'll have your answer
