We always rig them similar to the second picture - lift point on top of boom and lift points at ends of blade. The mini Takeuchi looks like it's hanging from the cab lifting tabs. Scary!

New member... I read a post this morning about lurkers and active members so figure I should make a post...

We don't do much digging, as much fun as it is to dig holes.

We install helical piles with our Volvo ec25 mini.

It is - 4F here now so we are retired for the winter.

Did you take advantage of the package deal offered by the dealer? I've been considering that.

Yes, everything in the picture came with the machine plus a few extras that I haven't received yet. I added the hydraulic thumb and the quick coupler. I have been contemplating upgrading from my old 2004 302.5 for some time and this package deal fit my needs and budget. The security system on the new CAT mini ex line is nice.

Our old Volvo EC35 with a 36" grading bucket and a smaller digging bucket (24" maybe). It definitely would have been nice to have a thumb!

i had to rent a 418 bocat and an s70 to dig for a fountain in a hotel that was being renovated that mlk and Mohammed ali used to stay in back in the day and the best part was i needed to drive through doors only 39" wide to get in i was using the little s70 to remove the excess fill so i could haul it away. fun job
