Pichon P600T Telehandler Drive Problem

Anyone familiar with P600T Telehandler/Teleloader? We have a 4 month old p600T telehandler that suddenly stalled and will not drive forward or reverse. The engine starts well and the boom and other implements hydraulics are working. The only problem is that for some reason it will not move! The support from Pichon is quite awful and not helpful.
Ideas on how to fix it please?
