Peterbilt 567 X15 Starting Issue

Since we bought the truck, its had problems with starting. Replaced batteries and 2 starters now. The starter will do maybe 1 revolution and stop or just click. I replaced the starter recently and it started up perfectly, but I asked the driver if it stayed like that and he said it's back to like it was.

Check for a broken wire or loose connection.

If the starter is in a handy spot put jumpers right on the starter.

Connections at battery and starter were good. Even jumping the starter made no difference
