NOT to scale is dissappointing!

I collect telehandlers and I noticed the Gradall is 55' and the Lull is 42 feet in full scale to the lifting hieght. Now with both booms extended the 55' machine is not much higher than the 42' machine. From what I scaled the 55' is 17 inches and at 1:32 scale it would be incorrect or am I wrong? The 42' Lull is scaling 40' Thanks for helping.

Well, technically the 55 should be 20.52 inches, so it sounds like they are off.
The 42 should be 15.74 inches.
Can you increase the air pressure in the model tires?

wonder why they didn't make it right? I'll try the length next to see if it is off. Thanks!

or may be I should yank the boom up & out more
