No Power to main controller

Morning All....I have a 1995 Cat 312....with no power to the A/C or Heat. I tried switching the computer with the same results, I even put mine in another machine and it worked fine. I think I have a short or a bad ground. Because if you unplug the middle plug from the main computer the fan motor will run but the A/C compressor will not start....Does anyone know where to get a wiring diagram for this, or an idea where the short or bad ground may be, would be greatly appreciated...
