Can hear it click when jumper wire attached. Changed the larger of the three relays on a hunch, unit started a few times, now the gremlin is back. Any suggestions? Thanks

Could be corrosion at the relay connection or fuse.

Thanks, I will try that. I also notice a signal about only 10v when I turned the key off. Like to know where that message is coming from. I have a repair manual and will attempt to troubleshoot from it.
