I am Hoping that one or some of you can give me some advice on my problem with this TD 8 E Dozer, the problem is something to do with the Transmission, You can work it all day in 1st, and it want lose a drop of hyd. oil, but get in 2sd or 3rd forward or reverse, and the oil is not going to last long, i can see in coming out from the Belley Pan, but cant tell where its coming from, seems like it would have to be a line up in there some where busted, i guest my question is to get to this tran. do i need to pull the cage and seat, floor boards up, to get at it, i have not droped the belly pan, but it looks to be coming from above, if i have to pull the tran. does it come out from above. we have to fix this Machine our self, because the cost would be about what the machine is worth, we have had this machine for about 10 years now, just use it here on the farm, & this is the first time we have something that is not a quick fix, for what we need a dozer for it fits our need very well, Just to slow to have to stay in 1st all the time, moving across the field to a new location seems to take for ever, Thanks for what ever light You'll can shine on my Problem
